We are travelling by charter bus and van. The combined costs for the bus and van will be approximately $10,000. Please donate to help with these costs.

Physician, Dr. Indie Jones, will be coming with us to the Youth Conference. She will be responsible for all medical needs for our youth and chaperones. She will be in charge of handling and administering any medications, tend to any cuts, bruises, illnesses, sprains, etc.

All youth are required to participate in a minimum of one event or activity provided by the conference- multiple events are fine. Activities are Bible Bowl, Spelling Bee, Speech Competition, Art Competition, Drama, and a variety of sports activities.
