About kids xperience
Kids Xperience is designed for youth in grade K4 through Grade 5. It is held every Sunday morning. Until further notice, and unless otherwise not held on a particular Sunday, Grades K4 to second grade and Grades 3-5 are held on alternating Sundays.
Youth in Action's Kids Xpereience is an interactive and learning experience for Renaissance youth and visitors. It serves two age groups; PreK through Grade 2 and Grades 3 through 5. Sessions are held on alternating Sundays for each age group.
Parents wishing to have their children participate must sign up and register by downloading the KidCheck app.
Registration Process:
Parents/Guardians are required to register each child separately using the KidChek App. Scan the QR Code on the left with your mobile device to begin downloading the free KidCheck Mobile App from the App Store.
Volunteers Needed
At least 10 volunteers are needed to rotate in groups in the following areas:
- Check-in/Registration/Badging
- Escorts
- Facilitator
- Co-Facilitator
- Bathroom Assistants
- Snacks Distribution and Clean Up
Snack Donations Needed
Donations of the following snack items are requested for our Kids Xperience participants. We need:
- Short bottles of water from Walmart, Kroger, or Sam's Club
- Variety boxes/bags of chips (no spicy flavors)
- Boxes of individually packaged fruit snacks
Leave the donations in the foyer at the Kids Xperience/Youth in Action area next door to the coffee shop. A YIA representative will pick them up.
